南海西部油田井下硫酸钡锶垢防治技术研究与应用

Abstract:

 Barium strontium sulfate scaling of oil well has a great adverse effect on production, well repair and test in the oilfield of western South China sea. The measures of mechanical pipe scraping and ultrasonic descaling were carried out, and the measures of continuous injection of chemical anti-scaling agent into oil well and water injection well were adopted, but the effect was not ideal. In this connection, research of chemical chelating and descaling and anti-scaling by squeezing slow-release were carried out. The best scale remover SD302 and scale inhibitor CN201 are selected. The best mass concentration of scale remover SD302 is 40% . The scale dissolving rate of barium sulfate can reach 95% at 98 ℃ , and the mic value of scale inhibitor CN201 is 5mg /L. When 800pv is displaced, the mass concentration can still reach the level of MIC, which can meet the requirement of long term effective scale prevention. Up to the end of May 2018, the chemical descaling and anti-scaling of 5 wells in the oilfield of western South China sea had been carried out. The cumulative incremental oil production was 4. 5×104m3 . The relevant experimental methods and conclusions have important guiding significance for the treatment of oil wells with barium strontium sulfate scale in offshore and onshore oilfields.

摘要:  针对南海西部油田油井结硫酸钡锶垢严重影响油井正常生产,同时大幅增加修井和测试作业难度,进行了机械刮管和超声波除垢措施,采取了在油井及注水井井下连续加注化学防垢剂等防垢手段,效果均不佳。为此,开展了化学螯合除垢+挤注缓释防垢工艺研究,优选出效果最佳的除垢剂SD302和防垢剂CN201,除垢剂SD302最佳质量浓度为40%,98℃下硫酸钡垢溶垢率可达95%,防垢剂CN201的MIC值为5 mg/L,当驱替800PV后,其质量浓度仍可达到MIC值,满足长期有效防垢需求。截至2018年5月底,南海西部油田进行了5口井化学除防垢措施,累计增油约4.5×10。相关实验方法和结论对海上及陆地油田结硫酸钡锶垢油井的治理具有重要指导意义。
